Is user training included in the basic price?

The cost of licensing does not include any form of training other than remote assistance during the first month. In general, this training is unnecessary because the program is very intuitive. In addition, remote assistance, plus the instructions in the digital manual are usually sufficient – this is how users in more than 30 countries (with difficulties in other languages and also in different time zones) have managed to train themselves.

In any case, when the client prefers, we send it to the instructor location and charge their daily rate, in addition to travel and/or intercity transportation costs.
