We offer two types of licensing: temporary (better known as “rent”) and permanent.
The perpetual licensing programs protected by the Maintenance Plan remain valid and always up to date. What can happen, over the years, for those not protected by the Plan, is the version of the program becomes outdated in relation to other versions of Windows that may appear in the future or even new printers. In this way, the program would start to become “not valid”, only working with older versions of Windows. Therefore, from time to time (annually, perhaps) it is good to check that there are no important updates. These updates are paid and the price depends on what exactly has changed. In programs that do not have a Maintenance Plan (as in the case of CC Mini 2D, CC 1D and CC Films) it is not common for many changes to occur.
