Do not. What our users acquire is the right to use the program. This right, under our current business model, is permanent, but the program remains our company's property. By law, we are service providers – we pay ISS and not ICMS – and that is why our bill is for services. This explains why software is not sold to end consumers, but licensed.

In addition to the licensing itself, the company also provides other services related to the software, for which it charges separately, such as: customization (adaptation of the program to the client's needs – example: integration with management software), technical support, sending updates , program activation recovery (in case of accidental loss), training, etc.
