Essa refer\u00eancia diz respeito ao plano cartesiano. Quando nos referimos ao deslocamento de corte a refer\u00eancia pode ser \u00e0s vezes confusa. No exemplo abaixo o plano de corte indica que haver\u00e1 4 cortes em x (horizontais ) com deslocamento<\/span> em y<\/strong><\/span> e dois<\/span> em y<\/strong><\/span> (verticais) com deslocamento em x.<\/span><\/p>\n

Tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o usados os termos<\/span> transversal<\/strong><\/span> (y) e<\/span> longitudinal<\/strong><\/span> (x) ou, ainda,<\/span> altura<\/strong><\/span> (Y) e<\/span> largura<\/strong>(X).
