{"id":139374,"date":"2024-11-25T15:29:47","date_gmt":"2024-11-25T18:29:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/cortecerto.com\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=139374"},"modified":"2025-01-21T14:46:31","modified_gmt":"2025-01-21T17:46:31","password":"","slug":"what-is-needed-to-develop-an-integration-between-corte-certo-and-a-cutting-machine","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/cortecerto.com\/en\/docs\/what-is-needed-to-develop-an-integration-between-corte-certo-and-a-cutting-machine\/","title":{"rendered":"What is needed to develop an integration between Corte Certo and a cutting machine?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>For the first analysis the development team needs:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detailed documentation of commands and import file logic.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Examples of import files with their respective images of the cutting planes, as described below:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 cutting plan with one (1) 400&#215;500 mm piece<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cutting plan with two (2) different pieces, one measuring 320 x 521 mm and the other measuring 589 x 654 mm<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1\u00a0cutting plan\u00a0with more than five (5) different pieces of any size, with the respective information of the defined dimensions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Other basic information: dimensions of the plates and saw thickness (if any) used in each cutting plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once this initial analysis phase is over, as well as the commercial agreement with the interested party, the work will demand, before its effective start, a commitment that there will be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Availability of a technician from the machine manufacturer for the necessary tests in the different stages of development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Readiness for said tests and submission of reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Final approval from the manufacturer (homologation)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>Final approval from the manufacturer (homologation)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inform Corte Certo of any supervisory changes that may interfere with proper integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Send complete documentation that allows for the adjustment, if it is feasible<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>For the first analysis the development team needs: Other basic information: dimensions of the plates and saw thickness (if any) used in each cutting plan.
