Do I need administrator privileges to use Corte Certo?

Not to use. This requirement exists only when it is necessary to install, activate or deactivate Corte Certo.

If logged in with a limited account profile, the user should ask a technician for help to grant temporary access as computer administrator. After installing and activating, Corte Certo will work normally on the other user accounts on the computer even if they are limited accounts.
